Cluster Advisor Rep
Challenges the cluster community rep and spirit rep towards excellence in performing their responsibilities in the spirit of UU values and principles. The working relationship shall be one that fosters youth empowerment. Connects advisors to each other in their cluster.
- Supports community and spirit reps’ initiatives, providing regular feedback and encouragement
- Mentors and model effective leadership done in right relations while setting and maintaining clear boundaries between youth and adults according to the Code of Ethics
- Serves on the Spirit Committee at all cons in their cluster
- Networks with advisors in his/her cluster
- Aids Youth Ministry Consultant with con registrar duties and behind the scene tasks like name tags, check in desk, meal time coordination
- Accountable to District Youth Chair, Youth Ministry Consultant and Youth Chaplain
