Cluster Spirit Rep
Serves in his/her capacity whenever a district con is in their cluster, and for any cluster events. Nourishes the community by creating experiences of the divine/sacred.
Responsibilities
- Heads a team that plans themed worships at events
- Leads meal blessings and finds others to also lead
- Initiates energy breaks and songs when needed throughout conferences
- Serves as or assigns a Gaggle Group coordinator who finds gaggle group leaders, assigns participants to groups, runs gaggle group leader orientation, delegates meal prep/clean up tasks and miracle clean up tasks.
- Greets newcomers in the spirit of radical inclusivity, discourages clique formation, and invites less involved participants to activities.
- May serve as head of Spirit Committee if Peer Chaplain is not in attendance
- Accountable to Peer Chaplain and Youth Chaplain
