Youth Chair

Connects the YRUU community to Unitarian Universalist values and principles. The Chair inspires leadership in others by modeling leadership skills. They act as spokesperson for the YAC in the larger community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Shares a working knowledge of con culture and structure with cluster representatives
  2. Communicate with cluster Community Reps to keep abreast of cluster initiatives
  3. Run Youth Caucus (business meetings) at district cons including setting the agenda, encouraging attendance and facilitating fairly. Makes sure minutes are taken at all business meetings and put it in YMC mail bag.
  4. Accountable to the Youth Ministry Consultant
