Vendor Registration for the 2011 Annual Conference

General Guidelines for exhibitions at the MDD Conference:

• Unitarian Universalist organizations may highlight their innovative programs, social justice projects, new buildings, fund raising activities, special celebrations, etc.
• Organizations with UU compatible values may promote their programs.
• Vendors may sell their goods and products.

Fees and Registration:

• $25 fee for both UU and non-UU members
• Table reservation is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
• Payment is due at the time of registration. Please mail this form and the registration fee to the address listed below.
