What is...?

Spirit Circle: A time for the whole group to gather and connect. Songs and games lead by the energy person. Theme based chalice lighting sets the tone and intention for the day.

Gaggle Groups: Smaller groups of about 7 to 10 people that meet throughout the con. The These groups help folks connect in a small group setting. Often goals are shared and this is a space for folks to share joys and concerns about their con experience. Gaggle groups are coordinated by the Communications Officer, who runs a gaggle group leader orientation Friday night. Gaggle groups are lead by youth who’ve been to cons before. Groups are responsible for tasks throughout the weekend, meal setup/cleanup and Sunday’s Miracle Cleanup.

Happy Llama Fireworks Meeting: Run by the YAC, this business meeting happens at each con. Each congregation is required to send a youth and adult representative to the meeting. We cover our annual goals and get feedback from the larger group how YRUU is doing.

Non Theme Workshops: Folks at the con may have a skill to share, discussion they’d like to lead, new games to teach. These workshops are more laid back and whoever wants to lead one can.
